Delivery is exclusively within the EU member states.

Shipping costs Germany :
- Domestic deliveries (Germany):

up to 1 kilogram: €6.90 - including 19% sales tax
up to 3 kilograms: €7.90 - including 19% sales tax
up to 5 kilograms: €9.30 - including 19% sales tax
up to 10 kilograms: €11.80 - including 19% sales tax
up to 20 kilograms: €18.40 - including 19% sales tax
up to 31.5 kilograms: €21.90 - including 19% sales tax

- From an order value of 190,00 € we deliver within Germany free of shipping costs.

Shipping costs within the EU :

Furthermore, we charge a bulky goods or special shipping surcharge for some items. These surcharges will also be charged if the "free shipping" limit is exceeded.

Delivery periods / delivery times

As far as no other period is indicated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods takes place in the inland (Germany) within 3-5 working days, with foreign deliveries within 10-12 working days after conclusion of the contract (with agreed upon pre-payment after the time of your payment entrance following working day). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a joint consignment (collective consignment), unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered. Working days in this sense are Monday to Friday.

In case of self-collection, we will inform you by e-mail about the availability of the goods and the collection possibilities. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
