EnglishTime for a short break: on May 1, 2025 (Labor Day) and the following Friday (a bridge day), our computers will be turned off and shipping will be suspended. However, you can still order from us as usual. Delivery times may be extended accordingly.
Orders received after 11:00 AM will not be processed/ordered until the following business day.
Delivery time
If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 3-5 working days in Germany (Germany), for deliveries abroad within 10-12 working days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the working day following the date of your receipt of payment). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a joint consignment (collective consignment), unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered. Working days in this sense are Monday to Friday.
In case of self-collection, we will inform you by e-mail about the availability of the goods and the collection possibilities. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
