Shipping Conditions

Delivery is exclusively within the EU member states.

Shipping Costs Germany:

• Deliveries within Germany:

up to 1 kilogram: €6.90 - incl. 19% VAT
up to 3 kilograms: €7.90 - incl. 19% VAT
up to 5 kilograms: €9.30 - incl. 19% VAT
up to 10 kilograms: €11.80 - incl. 19% VAT
up to 20 kilograms: €18.40 - incl. 19% VAT
up to 31.5 kilograms: €21.90 - incl. 19% VAT

• For orders totaling €190.00 or more, we deliver within Germany free of shipping costs.

Shipping Costs within the EU:

up to 1 kilogram: €16.70 - incl. 19% VAT
up to 3 kilograms: €19.30 - incl. 19% VAT
up to 5 kilograms: €21.90 - incl. 19% VAT

Additionally, for some items, we charge a surcharge for bulky goods or special shipping. These surcharges will also be applied even if the "free shipping" threshold is exceeded. The surcharge will also be due if you exercise your 14-day right of return. As this service does not constitute normal transportation but rather a special service commissioned by you, its remuneration remains unaffected by a right of withdrawal.

Delivery Times / Delivery Periods

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 3-5 working days, and for international deliveries within 10-12 working days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment/bank transfer, after the working day following your payment receipt). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment (combined shipment) unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered. Working days in this context are Monday to Friday.

For self-collection, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
